Masterplan for development of Sishugram

We wish to start a fresh page in the Golden Jubilee year 2025. We have drawn up an ambitious Masterplan for the entire area (of 75 bighas) allotted by the Government under our possession. To this end we have already constituted a Construction Committee including architects, planners and engineers that has already started work of formulating the plans and estimates for realising the various components of the Masterplan in a phased manner. A rough breakup of the three phases, detailed drawings and estimates of the construction to be undertaken in the first phase and a rough sketch of the Masterplan of the entire project area are available.

Phase I

1. Boundary walls (of about 1.4 kms.);
2. Girls Home and Adoption Centre (to house up to 32 children in four 8-bedded dormitories);
3. After Care Home with twenty-four 1-roomed apartments where CCI girls can stay once they attain 18 years of age. This facility will also be used as a Working Girls Hostel to make it sustainable.

Phase II

1. Internal Roads and Landscaping;
2. Centre for professional and vocational training;
3. Repurposing of existing buildings;
4. Multi-purpose Hall for sports and events.

Phase III

Assisted living facility for senior citizens with all necessary infrastructure.
